1. Can you assist in lodging my BAS?
Yes we can. Trish Martino is now a registered BAS Agent, so is legally able to take your bookkeeping from the initial data entry all the way through to the lodgement of your BAS.
2. Do you know of a good Accountant?
If you are not happy with your current Accountant or do not have one, I recommend an Accountant.
3. What programs do you use?
We have qualified Bookkeepers who use MYOB and Xero.
4. How do I get my information to you?
The most common way all of our clients get the information to their bookkeeper is via Australia Post Express Post service, as well as emailing a zipped copy of your MYOB file.
With the introduction of Xero and MYOB's new Live Accounts, which are "cloud" based accounting programes, this takes away the headache of transferring files between the client, bookkeeper and Accountant. With these programs there is a small monthly fee and login details are provided to access your data.
5. Does it matter that I dont live near you?
Absolutely not. There is no bearing on cost or service as opposed to where you live, so long as you have internet access to email the files and a way to get to Australia Post, your work can be processed. Once your bookkeeping is complete we will arrange to have your paperwork delivered back to you, or your Accountant, via Express Post.
6. What do you do with our paperwork once it is completed?
Once all your bookkeeping is complete for the quarter or month, we will return the paperwork back to you organised in an A4 binder, or your Accountant via Australia Posts' Express Post service.
