Yes we can. There are generally two ways to go about this, the first way is with the help of your Accountant, the second is in conjunction with the Australian Bookkeepers Network and the new integrated ABN Tax.
Once the new BAS Agent services are introduced, we will be able to prepare and lodge your Bas on your behalf.
2. Do you know of a good Accountant?
If you are not happy with your current Accountant or do not have one, I recommend ABN Tax which is a fully staffed firm that provides accounting and taxation services exclusively to ABN members and their clients. This is one way of knowing that your bookkeeper and accountant are working hand in hand on your business.
3. What programs doyou use?
We have qualified Bookkeepers who use MYOB, Cashflow Manager and Quickbooks.
4. How do I get my information to you?
The most common way all of our clients get the information to their bookkeeper is via Australia Post Express Post service, as well as emailing a zipped copy of your MYOB, Cashflow Manager or Quickbooks file. We have had clients from as far away as Perth and this way has worked well with all clients.
5. Does it matter that I dont live near you?
Absolutely not. There is no bearing on cost or service as opposed to where you live, so long as you have internet access to email the files and a way to get to Australia Post, your work can be processed. Once your bookkeeping is complete we will arrange to have your paperwork delivered back to you, or your Accountant, either via a courier or Express Post.
6. What do you do with our paperwork once it is completed?
Once all your bookkeeping is complete for the quarter or month, we will either courier the paperwork back to you or your Accountant, or use the Australia Post Express Post service.
